Frequently Asked Questions

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer fillings, crowns, extractions, etc. We are a preventative-only service; we do, however, provide referrals to our local partners.

  • We serve EVERYONE! Our focus is on the underserved populations, but everyone is welcome.

  • Most services are billed through insurance. If you don’t have insurance, we may still be able to assist you at no or low cost, thanks to our donors and grants.

  • We are a mobile unit! We can provide services in Jackson, Washtenaw, Calhoun, and Ingham counties.

  • To schedule an appointment or request a visit to your organization, email us at inquire@nsnbjackson.org.

  • We currently accept Delta Dental, Healthy Kids, HAP CareSource, McClaren Health Plan, Meridian Health Plan, Priority, Upper Peninsula Health Plan, and UnitedHealthcare. We are working on adding new plans and have a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients.
