Jennifer is a Jackson Native and owner of J Lynn Signings LLC, a mobile notary and loan signing service. She is an alumni of Michigan State University and Eastern Michigan University earning a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management and a Master's degree in Technology Studies focusing on the management of how people interact and adjust to changes in technology. Jackson is also where she is raising her three children Briston, Kendall and Kendrick.

Jennifer has served in many roles representing local government and public utilities utilizing emotional intelligence, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and mapping to create visual aids for continued learning. She thrives in the areas of connecting information with individuals and improving processes and efficiencies. Jennifer is an advocate for the underserved population of Jackson County and believes that continued education and awareness is a vital part of balancing community and resources.

Meet the Executive Director

Jazmyn is a dedicated mother, residing in the heart of Jackson. She began her career as a dental assistant, where her passion for public health blossomed. During this time she witnessed firsthand the need for accessible dental services.

While studying Dental Hygiene at Jackson College, Jazmyn held multiple leadership roles including class President and student government President. After completing her AAS in Dental Hygiene, she pursued higher education at the University of Michigan, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Public Health.

She actively participates with the Michigan Dental Hygienists’ Association by serving on multiple councils and, attending legislative procedures advocating for the expansion of oral health care for Michigan residents.

“My goal of breaking barriers and increasing access to oral health care has given life to New Smiles, New Beginnings Inc. I strive to make a positive impact in my community, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to smile with confidence and live a healthier life.”

Her journey in the dental field is a testament to her unwavering commitment to community well-being and leadership.

Ke'Aira is a Jackson resident with 13 years of dental experience. Ke’Aira’s career in dentistry began in 2010 after completing 2 years of the Dental Occupations program at the Jackson Area Career Center. Since then, Ke'Aira has served in multiple capacities within the dental field from dental assisting to management in a public health Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and private practice.

Her dedication to patients and their health has made her a great addition to the board.

"The most valuable thing I learned while working in this field is that oral health equals overall health. I believe that New Smiles, New Beginnings understands the impact that oral hygiene has on our community, and has the experience and dedication to spread this message clearly.
